Quality and Returns

End product quality and customer satisfaction is of utmost priority to us. While general returns are not accepted, as these are custom pieces, we want to hear about any quality issues so that we may reprint or rectify in a suitable manner. We advise to check your order fully upon receipt (even if you are planning on giving it as a gift at a later date). If there is a problem with the order, you must notify us with 10 days.
