Our customers come to us with a variety of input — some know exactly what they want, while others desire more creative assistance. We are happy to assist you in selecting a look to coordinate with your event style and suggest wording ideas. We will always offer comments and suggestions for layout improvements or etiquette purposes. (Emily Post Institute is used as our primary source for etiquette guidelines.)

Orders
Because of our dedication to details, all orders are communicated in person, by phone, or via email. We believe that this process facilitates any discussion necessary to create your unique product.

Proofs
Because deadlines and budgets are important, proofs are required on all product orders (with the exception of address labels). Any associated costs are charged to you at cost with no mark-up. Proofing is an extremely beneficial tool, allowing us to view layouts and triple check for possible errors prior to printing, thus saving time and expense. Final proof approval is required before production.

Turn-Around Time
Turn-around time is determined by product selection, current print load at the print house, and a timely communication partnership between you and us. We are committed to responding within your schedule and time zone even though this may mean emails or phone calls in the evening or early morning.

Estimates
Since all of our products are custom made, we provide estimates in order to give you proper pricing information (all estimates are good for 30 days). Please email or call us to start the process. We will need the following information:

1. Item name or number
2. Quantity
3. Elements desired (invitation, printed envelopes, response cards, reception cards, thank you notes, lined envelopes, etc.)

Payment
We require a deposit of at least 2/3 of total estimate be made prior to submitting any order for production. The remaining portion is due upon receipt of your order. We accept checks or money orders (credit card payments may be made through PayPal with 5% additional transaction fee). Checks can be made payable to Bliss Folio and mailed to 1529 Grant Avenue, DuPont, WA 98327.
